HI All.

There are a few users on our evolution provile that use Intelligence reporting, but when i gave another agent access in permissions and system tree, I get the following error when I try to run a report.

"You require a license to use the Report Viewer with Sage Intelligence Reporting.....

This now happens on newly created profiles as well.

What can I do to rectify this issue?
