Common Group Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

We're experiencing the error message as per Subject Line on some Sage Intelligence Reporting on Sage 200 Evolution and on some laptops.

All the Sage Intelligence Reporting runs on my laptop without any worries.

But on some peoples' laptops some of the Reports do not run and give the error message as per Subject Line.

Please assist. Thank you!

HI Mareliese

My first advice would be the following:

1. Uninstall Sage Evolution, Sage Intelligence (SI) and all other Evolution modules on those PC's where the above error is displayed.

2. Restart the PC

3. Reinstall Evolution and all modules, including SI

If the same error is still observed, please consider a detailed article by opening the following link.

It's a bit lengthy but very detailed and you should carefully work through all steps untill your query is resolved.
