sage intelligence not working

hi. Sage intelligence was working just fine only last week it stopped working. Below is the screen shot of the error when i check in utilities.

And these are the modules activated.

Could you please assist what  would cause this.

    1. RESTART PC

    Have you already restarted your PC? If not, please do so and let me know.

    2. NETWORK LIMITATIONS

    This error message may be caused by one or more missing or corrupted Sage Intelligence  system files.

    Else, it may be blocked by your local network Doman policies and/or antivirus/Firewall blocking access to the system files (e.g. *.DLL files especially) 

    Can you please discuss with your local IT technician to check if the above mentioned blocking possibility is relevant or not, and then to add the required permissions on Sage Intelligence's system files?

    3. RE-INSTALLATION 

    IF YOU'RE CONVINCED THERE IS NO DOMAIN, ANTI-VIRUS OR WINDOWS FIEWALL LIMITATIONS ON SAGE INTELLIGENCE, DO THE FOLLOWING:

    1. Uninstall Sage Evolution and all instances of Sage Intelligence (BIC) on the local PC. 
    1. Restart the PC. 
    1. Re-install both Evolution and BIC in one session. 
    1. Rerun the BIC report and test if all is OK.

    Please advice on the outcome.
