BI Generator

Hi my client is on ver 11.1.1 of sage 200 evolution - and we cant seem to get the BIGenerator addin to show up under addins.

its not under inactive or disabled addins either.

When trying to manually install it says its not a valid excel addin.

They are on office 365.

It works perfectly on my laptop with office 2019

    Please confirm where exactly in Evolution do you expect to see the BIGenerator?

    Because it's not supposed to be displayed under:

    • Utilities menu
    • Utilities | Manage Extensions | Manage Ad-ins 
    • Within a Sage Intelligence report in Excel   - you would only expect a 'BITools' tab on the top 

    So where exactly do you expect the BIGenerator add-in?
