"Error - Fail 551 (Generic Exception) when registering the Sage 300 mobile app after updating

To our Sage 300 People customers, we offer our apologies for the deep inconvenience you are experiencing.

Problem Identified
Mobile app error 

Error message: Fail 551 (Generic Exception)

An issue has been identified after updating to 21.1.4.3, when customers try to register the mobile app, they receive an error = 551 (Generic Exception)


Solution

This has been reported and escalated to the relevant product delivery team ,who are currently working on a solution to resolve.

Our sincerest apologies to you, once again. Rectifying and remediating this issue and regaining your confidence remains our number one priority.
