UPDATE | Technical Issue: Users not able to view or apply for Leave on Sage Self Service Mobile application update V2.0.6

UPDATE 2021/12/14

The new version of the mobile application (V2.0.7) is now live on the Google Play Store.

Please note that Version 2.0.8 has been released and is now available on the Apple App Store. The release notes of 2.0.7 above still apply, however the version number had to be updated to 2.0.8.

The updated Android app (V2.0.7) has already been installed by over 12 700 users since it was released on Thursday, 1 December.

UPDATE 2021/12/08

Dear Customer ,

The new version of the mobile application (V2.0.7) is now live on the Google Play Store.

The Apple App Store has rejected our updated application.

We have reached out to the global team to provide further feedback and we will take the appropriate action to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

The updated Android app (V2.0.7) has already been installed by over 12 700 users since it was released on Thursday, 1 December.

UPDATE 2021/11/26

The new Sage 300 People Mobile Application v2.0.7 update is scheduled to be available from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store on Friday 03 December 2021. This update will resolve the following issues:

  • Users unable to apply for leave in the mobile app
  • Users unable to approve leave in the mobile app
  • Missing My Payslip menu will be available




UPDATE 2021/11/23

In addition to issues identified (see details below on the original post below) on the Sage 300 People Mobile v2.0.6 application, we are that some users are logged out of the mobile app, and is required to re-register their mobile device by scanning the QR code. 

The majority of the affected customers are running Sage 300 People on the Managed Cloud Services platform.

Our technicians are working to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Further updates will be provided as soon as they become available on these reported issues.

We are aware that Mobile application some users are not able to view or apply for leave after updating to Sage Self Service Mobile application V2.0.6

Some employees cannot apply for leave on the Mobile App V2.0.6 

Some Managers can see leave requests under Leave Requests but cannot approve the leave request.
When trying to view the request an error message is displayed.


The majority of affected clients seem to be affecting users on the Managed Cloud Services platform.

Our technicians are working to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
