We added the PDF Print Option for the Africa tax countries that have Tax Certificate Reports and the updated Generic Tax Files are available in the Sage Portal

Africa Tax Certificates – PDF Print Option

For the African countries that require employers to provide their employees with a tax certificate, we added a new user selection option “Report Output File Type” on the Tax Certificate reports to provide you the option to print the tax certificates to Excel or PDF.

The PDF option was added for the following tax certificate reports:

 Kenya P9 Tax Deduction Card Report
 Malawi P9 Tax Certificate Report
 Namibia PAYE5 Tax Certificate Report
 Zimbabwe P6 Tax Certificate Report
 Mozambique IRPS Tax Certificate Report
 Ghana IT51S Tax Certificate Report
 Zambia P22 Report
 Lesotho P16 Tax Certificate Report
 Botswana ITW8 Tax Certificate Report (only applicable when using plain A4 paper layout)
 Eswatini PAYE5 Tax Certificate Report

 Mauritius Statement of Emoluments Report

Important : Customers must first update to version 22.4.3.0 before importing the updated Generic Tax Files.
