Dear Sage People 300 Customer,

Two issues were reported by multiple customers, 2022/2023 Tax Certificates available on Self Service and Notification Mails going into a status = T

Notification Status

Employees are not receiving their email notifications. When querying the notification status, the status reflects as “T”.

Self Service: Tax Certificates

Employees can view and access their 2022/2023 Tax Certificates on Self Service. The Tax Certificates should only be available once the tax certificate export process was completed,and the tax certificates were released to Self Service.

To resolve the above two issues, follow the steps outlined in the release notes:

Note:
The file path is dependent how the install is done, but technical should be able to assist to locate the correct location on the customer server.

The above will also be automatically included in the planned March 2023 release.

The patch is only compatible with Release 22.4.3.0
