Kenya - Tax changes suspension has been lifted (URGENT!)

The Kenyan Court of Appeal has overturned judgments that had prevented the Finance Act from going into effect. As a result, the Kenya Revenue Authority(KRA) has updated their iTax platform in line with the Act.

As a result, the Kenya Generic Tax file is currently being updated to reflect these changes and will be made available on Monday, August 7, 2023, in the evening.
