With release 23.3.3.0 we made some improvements on the way the API utilised cached objects. API processing issues were reported, and a decision was made to revert the original improvements until a more viable solution is found. 

This patch can be applied for customers using the Public API

Please check the  release notes for more details and steps to implement the patch file.

Note: The file path is dependent how the install is done, but the  technical team should be able to assist to locate the correct location on the customer's  server.

The above will also be automatically included in the planned November 2023 release.

Note:The deployment for our MCS Customers is scheduled for tonight. 

The patch is only compatible with Release 23.3.3.0
