With release 24.1.3.0 there were some cache list refresh enhancements to ensure the latest information is always used. In a scenario where there are multiple instances running concurrently, object reference errors were being recorded in the log files. This was resolved.
The following is only applicable to customers that already updated to release 24.1.3.0 and running multiple instances of the API, and experience slower processing results.
The patch is only compatible with Release 24.1.3.0
