The min and max values for employees in Agricultural and Non-Agricultural per professional category has changed:

As per Decree No. 2024-794 dated 02 April 2024 attached, the minimum hiring salary has increased from Ar 238,000 to Ar 262,680 in the non-agricultural sector and from Ar 242,200 to Ar 266,500 in the agricultural sector.

Consequently, these changes will affect CNaPS, OSTIE and FMFP:

Non – Agricultural sector

Minimum monthly salary subject to contribution will be capped using the minimum limit of MGA 262 680.

Maximum monthly salary subject to contribution will be capped using the maximum limit of MGA 2 101 440.

Agricultural sector

Minimum monthly salary subject to contribution will be capped using the minimum limit of MGA 266 500.

Maximum monthly salary subject to contribution will be capped using the maximum limit of MGA 2 132 000.

Important note: Users should ensure the correct sector is selected per company on the Company Generic screen.
