After a tax submission has been done a bulk release of Tax certificates can be done to WebSS;
Please navigate to:
> expand Utilities
> expand Bulk Employee Update
> double click on Release Tax certificate to ESS

Complete the applicable filters, then select refresh and search

Select all employees, then click on Update on the ribbon (top left )

Select the applicable tax year, and ensure the Release to ESS block is ticked, then select update employees.
