>Expand on Security on the Navigation Pane
>Select Users and select the User Detail of the User that gets the error message
>Ensure that the Status is Active
>If the problem persists then delink the Entity and Change the Username to the old Username_Old and deselect ESS User
>Create an new User for that employee and remember to link  the Entity and Select ESS User
