There are various ways of capturing annual leave for employees on the Sage 300 People System.
Should you wish to capture an annual leave transaction for one or a handful of employees on the Sage 300 People System itself, capturing the transaction manually is the easiest.
Navigate to Employee Management
Expand Employee Management
Double Click on Employees
Select the applicable Employee Record
Click on Leave Detail
Click on Leave Transactions (Middle Tab)
Click on New (the little white page)
A sub-screen will appear where you can enter the details of the new leave transactions.
Remember to enter all of the mandatory fields as the system will not allow you to save unless this is done. These mandatory fields are:
- Leave Type
- From Date
- To Date
