    Good Day Dennis,

What happened before you got this error?

Please close the scheduler and in the Task Bar click on the magnifying glass and search for Services and open that.

On this screen scroll to Sage 300 People Scheduler Services, right click on it and click on Restart.

If you still get the same issue, please contact Sage Technical Support by clicking here.

    HI Dennis,

    Thank you for the feedback.

You can try the following as well.

Close all schedulers that are open by right clicking on the Scheduler icon and selecting exit.

    • Go to task manager.
    • Select Details and search for VIP.SchedulerConfig.exe.
    • End task all the VIP.SchedulerConfig.exe by right clicking on it and selecting End task.
    • Make sure all the processes for this are ended.
    • Do the same for SageAuthPeopleService.exe, SagePeopleService.exe, VIP.NotificationEngineService.exe, SagePeoplePublicAPIService.exe and Sage.TimeFlow.TimeFlowService.exe.
    • Make sure all services starting with People and Sage are stopped.
    • Open scheduler again and start the services from within the scheduler.
