Kindly assist, end users are unable to access profile on Web ESS. All ports are open for Web ESS.
The profile is accessible on the server were Sage 300 People is installed.

It`s all end users, WebSS pages loads but the profile is inactive.

Have you tried using a different browser to access Web ESS? if that does work you can try the option below it worked for me.
check if the web ess is pointing to the correct IP/server name you can verify this by opening SagePeopleService.exe and app, you can use Notepad to open the files.
SagePeopleService.exe is located in C:\Sage\People\SchedulerService
app is located in C:\Sage\People\WebSelfService\SagePeople\app
*Community Hub is the new name for Sage City
