Hi Kent,

I also faced the same error in multiple 300 People instances. It exists only in Chrome browser, all others are fine. I tried different solutions like clearing cache, resetting browser settings etc. but nothing helped. Finally an uninstall and and reinstall of Google Chrome solved the issue.

There is some strange conflict between ESS and Chrome which nobody knows.

Another observation - No issue while accessing ESS with the hostname. Basically the error exists when I tried opening ESS using localhost (http://localhost/webselfservice) or with IP address. Hence use server name or FQDN to access ESS.
