Mobile Sage self-service App

Can we perhaps enquire regarding the Sage app. Majority of the employees who has the app on their phone complain about the mobile app that is not working. When employees are at home they can’t use the app because the app keeps on asking for the QR code even though they have scanned the code for 2/3 times already.

 

Can we get this sorted out please as it is frustrating for them as they need to log on to the system every time to get a QR code.

Question as per one of our HR's, is this a know issue, and does it have a solution?
