One of my staff member cannot access ESS on his laptop, I was able to enter his profile from my side, Support suggested that IT look at his hard rive. IT is saying that they utilize all browsers and still cannot access Sage ESS, tha member are able to log into all the other websites on his laptop,

He is getting the below blank  screen
