Please advise if this only happens for the one user?
If so, can you please confirm if you get the same result when using the user's login details on YOUR PC (workstation). We have often found that certain workstations cause issues. Once we have this info, we will be able to assist further.

Hi All. Our systems are also doing this. I have found that restarting the scheduler seems to help. However if Sage can give some feedback, it would be great.
I have restarted the scheduler, but unfortunately, it didn't work for me
Have you tried restarting all services?
the user was terminated, we reinstated her and she could login.
I found that some employees were without employee pay periods after the roll overs. Once I recalculated the employees from either the employee menu or the Global actions (recalc all employees with missing employee pay periods), this solved the issue.
