How to Block Birthday Triggers from sending for Terminated Employees

Question

HR Officer is receiving Birthday Email Notifications for already Terminated Employees. 
 How can the system send only for Active Employees? 
 Sage 300 People Version 22.1.1.1

Good day 
 You can go to parameters>notification>notification trigger>select birthdays>recipients and check that only active employees appear under recipients description.
