Generic Exception Error when Disputing when Acknowledge & Dispute button option is selected.

Good Day Team,

I am getting a message reading : "An exception has occurred within the Sage 300 Web Self Service application. Please contact your administrator."

This happens when employees are disputing their performance review results and therefore an employee is not able to submit their results.

Has anyone got an idea of what could be causing that. I am using performance contracting. Attached is the window.
