Hello,
I've recently cloned a company with all definitions at setups, I then cloned a company rule to add to the new company. I've added the MIBFA Firm Number under parameters>Council MEIBC Setup and selected the new company.
Once this was done, I linked the relevant employees to MEIBC on the councils screen and added their provident fund start dates. However, when I run the export for MEIBC under BIM reports>Report Manager>HR>MEIBC Export V12 History>Run>Company Rule (for new Company rule created)>Calendar Year>Calendar Month>Firm number (for new company created)>OK, the report comes back with no data for the export. "There is no data for this report."
Did I miss a step? How do I troubleshoot this?
I have chatted with Support on Live Chat, they asked me to phone support on 012 420 7000 which I did but I think something is wrong with their telephone lines because I keep getting cut off.
Any ideas?
