Kindly assist , user wanted to register an already registered mobile device the received a message( Fail: Device already registered.) then the devise was removed from the Registered device list, and tried to register it again. Now we are getting the 551 Generic exception error and no other device is able to register including first time registration. 

we are on the version 22.3.3.0
