Sharing Docs with Specific Employees

Hello. I have tried to search for this similar questions but most are not answered. We have Sage 300 People and employees access their profiles using ESS. I already know how to share documents with employees, but these documents appear under "Company Documents" on ESS and are visible to all employees. However, I was wondering if there was a way I could share specific documents with specific employees. An example would be, I want to share document2 with Employee2 without Employee3 seeing that document. How would I do that? Thanks.
