Yes - if you setup an earning line and it gives you the option to pro rata, that block should then be ticked.

Then under Utilities/Calculations you have your Pro Rata calc section. 

You will need to choose the correct pro rata type based on how your company calculates the pro rata salary:

If the Pro Rata Type is set to Custom Standard, select the calculation to which to link the pro rata definition. If the Pro Rata Type is set to Simple Divide, enter the value the employee’s period salary must be divided by to calculate the employee’s rate per day in the Amount column.

So example, if you use Simple Divide: employee resigned 20 March, you terminate them with a date of 20 March. We use 21.67

Once terminated, go to the payslip detail of that employee, on the salary line tick the pro rata block:

You will notice it automatically completes the unit block with 14 days, so this is the 14 days worked based on the termination date. 

Employees salary is R7288.56 - R7288.56 / 21.67 x 14 = R4708.81
