This can be done by doing the following:

1. Expand Self Service on Navigation
2. Select web settings
3. Select Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Tab

HI is there a Bulk Function for Activating MFA? Especially when you have so many Ess users like 1000 plus

The maximum number of devices you can link/add is 5 Once the maximum number is reached, you won't be able to add another device.

Morning Shanzi let me rephrase the issue client has 3000+ staff they want to activate MFA for all of them, Even when one selects the option below, one still has to go manually to each Ess Account or User Account to Enable MFA and generate the Secret Key.

Is there a way this can be automated so its not done one by one?

Morning Shanzi this one was sorted by the Sage Support the only question i was unable to handle is what option is available for staff who have no smart phones, would sage consider using the email option though less secure where the OTP is sent to the staffs email account?
