After logging in ESS dashboard i can not proceed, when i go to performance nothing is happening kindly assist.

By this point, you should have gained access to ESS.
In case you come across the same problem in the future, you can attempt to rebuild your role.
Simply navigate to Expand Security, then Roles, and select Rebuild Roles from the upper top.
This action should provide the assistance you need.
