How do I rectify this? 

The payslips that are being released to employee's email addresses (via a scheduled task) are incorrect. 

If I extract their payslip from the reports then the payslip is correct.

They are receiving the correct payment into their bank accounts but the payslips they receive are incorrect. 

What I have noticed is that the payslips being sent out to the email has excluded x1 earning line (Commission) from the Earnings, therefore all amounts have calculated because this earning has been ommited. 

There are no filters on the scheduled task to ommit any lines.
