System-defined batches- employee generic history error

Hi All, I am getting this error while importing the batch.

When I tried contacting sage support, I received the above attached response.

If anybody can assist me on this, please do let me know.

    The screenshot you shared shows that your issue is a bug. This means our development team needs to fix it, and the solution will be implemented through the back-office of the product. Our consultant didn't ignore you; they simply informed you that your incident will be closed while our dev team works on resolving the problem.
