Problem:

The following error appears when running the upgrade option on the setup exe.

Error "The Process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. Installation cancelled"

Cause:

This is when you are upgrading from an older version and the new install does not have full access to all the files.

Resolution:

Rerun the setup .exe and ensure that you Run a brand new install to a separate folder.

Once the process has completed you will need to then copy over existing custom reports to the new folder created above.
