Sage 300 structures for Middle East
There are two types of structures which we offer i.e. a SWA contract and an ALF contract.
SWA
- This license is not a subscription therefore the client has a choice not to renew their services however we do not recommend that because the business does not offer free support.
- In an instance where a client chooses not to pay their renewal fee, they are still eligible for activation codes. The versions available to them will be limited to the tenure in which their contract was active. (the year their contract was last activated on).
- The business releases a new version every October (unless stated otherwise) so if a client’s renewal is after the release of a new version, they qualify for it because it was released while their renewal contract was still active.
- The client is eligible for any free modules but Multiple contacts (this is only available for client that are on an active contract)
- Please note that this client pays for all the modules that they require, nothing comes standard
ALF (subscription):
- This is a subscription contract; we do not provide activation codes/lanpaks nor support if the renewal is not paid.
- They receive both activation codes and lanpaks.
- The client is eligible for all free modules
- Modules that comes standard on ALF are:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivables
- Multi-Currency
- Optional fields
- System Manager
- Order Entry
- Inventory Control
- Purchase Orders
- Serialized inventory & Lot Tracking
- National accounts
Sage intelligence bundle Report Designer, 1 Report Manager Comes standard on ALF.
Any other module that is not specified above is an add on that comes at an additional cost.
Both structures are available in 3 Editions
Standard: up to 10 users
Advanced: up to 20 users
Premium: unlimited users
