Problem:

User getting the below error when running Admin module

Cause:

Missing prerequisites not installed

Resolution:

Make sure to run the WKSetup that comes with the RMS install. This will register all the necessary dll and ocx files for Retail. Also ensure to reinstall the correct version of MSXML after the WKSetup is complete.
