Problem:

When running FR'S statement designer in excel there is an issue preventing report to be run when using O365.

Cause:

There are missing components to ensure FR runs without issues.

Resolution:

Ensure all updates for Office has ran

Then Go to Add or Remove Programs

Look for the Microsoft Office 365 Application

Run the Quick Repair Option to resolve.

Then re-run RegAcc as the Administrator
