Problem:

When installing CRM Synchronization tool within Sage 300, you are prompted with the below screenshot and the installation does not complete due to .NET Framework version.

Cause:

Due to a later version of .NET already installed on the system, the installation fails.

Resolution:

 Install the component manually via the Program Folder:

• Navigate to the Sage 300 Program Folder….
• Then select the EWXXA (xx will be version installed.E.g EW69A for version 2022 and EW70A for version 2023….)
• Select the COMPONENT folder
• Then install the AccpacCRMWS.msi as the Administrator-
• Once the install completes then you can carry on in the Front End for the rest of the installation steps.
