Problem:
When clicking on Sync and processing the files the below message displays. An error occurred when writing to the message log. Path file access error(75)
Cause:
User and System does not have adequate access to the Outbox path.
Resolution:
Click on the F2 button within the Sync screen and ensure to grant user "everyone" full rights to the RMS folder.
Then re-run Sync so the system can pick up the correct path.
