- Please see the document: What IIS features are needed for web screens? to ensure that all IIS features have been installed.
- Check your IIS for the below.
- Open IIS.
- Check if the highlighted folders below under connections have the correct physical path.(manage application/advanced settings.)
- Make sure that the physical path has no spaces in between.
- Or you can check this under the basic settings below if editing is needed.
