Currently this functionality is not available, but yo can vote for it on our idea scope. The more votes the better chance of this functionality being added.

I saw this solution to one of the NGO in Tanzania. 

They got solution from their previous service provider which is currently not working with Sage any more.

If the user will remain idle for 5minutes, system will popup for warning. If he will remain idle for extra 1 minute, system will force automatic sign out 

It was probably a customization done by the service provider. The functionality would however make for a great addition as standard, should it be added

There is an option to manually kick out users if needed. This can be done via Help --> Current users and select the users to be signed out.

Thanks. We know this option we want to automate it. Some users who login via remote forget to logoff. To signout users manually on daily basis each hour it will be time consuming
