    Hello

This could be caused by the Windows user account which does not have read/write access to the Windows path location where you are trying to install Sage 300 Cloud

Ensure that you are using a Windows Administrator user with both local and domain administrator rights when installing Sage 300  both on the server  and workstations.

The error may be resolved by logging into the computer as a Windows administrator user and specifying the correct 'Shared Data Directory.'  To find the correct Shared Data Directory path, perform the following steps on a good working computer:

    On a 64-bit computer:

    1. Click Start and type regedt32 in the search box. The registry editor window will open
    2. Browse to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | SOFTWARE | Wow6432Node | ACCPAC International, Inc. | ACCPAC | Configuration sub key
    3. Double-click the SharedData registry value name and make note of the full path

    On a 32-bit computer:

    1. Click Start and type regedit in the search box. The registry editor window will open
    2. Browse to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | SOFTWARE | ACCPAC International, Inc. | ACCPAC | Configuration sub key
    3. Double-click the SharedData registry value name and make note of the full path

Once the correct Shared Data Directory path is known, specify it during the installation of Sage 300 ERP on the problem client computer.  The installation should continue without error
