We are seeking to find highly experienced software company/individual whom can support us on our SAGE 300 installation. Having embarked on installation with UAE based BP we find that in this region it is impossible to get correct support/advice and guidance and any customisation (simple stuff nothing complicated) 

In its current form our ERP is cumbersome, NOT user friendly and has many restrictions, which I believe is down to the BP and also lack of support from SAGE Middle East.

Unfortunately we have already dedicated too much time and cost to this project to abandon it, therefore our best way forward is finding either a person or entity whom actually understands the system and can help us setup this system to suit our needs.

I believe that SAGE 300 is a leading platform for SME ERP but it is only  a leading platform if setup/configured correctly.
