Custom reports prompting for SQL login

Sage 300cloud

Description
When printing customized reports within Sage 300 ERP, the customer is prompted for a MS SQL security login.

Resolution
To get around this issue, re-open the customized report in Crystal Report Designer.

From the Database menu, select Set Datasource Location
Click on Create New Connection
Select ODBC (RDO)
Specify a data source to be used for the report.
Click Next.
Enter a valid SQL user ID and password.
Select a database.

DO NOT select the checkbox for Trusted Connection.
Click Finish
From the Database menu, run Verify Database. Make sure it passes without errors.
Save and report and try printing it from Sage 300 ERP.

As mentioned in my E-mail. I tried the new data source route but without any luck.

Just following up if you maybe had a chance to explore other possibilities that can cause my problem.

We are getting a similar issue when adding a view into a report; it prompts the user to enter sql user and password; 

We also experienced same when adding a table into OEINV01.rpt report which uses dll

Can you assist with the solution as we cannot add all Sage users in the Database
