A Miscellaneous item amount is not reflecting in OE Sales statistics neither in Sales History Report. Do we any have any report available?

Hello Team,

I have recorded some transactions with miscellaneous item as a part of sale along with stock item and booked these entries from OE Shipment then followed Invoices. Unfortunately,these miscellaneous item is not reflecting any of the report available for Sales. Even though i checked in BI report which is not available in Sage Utility.

Hello Binoy

Please help by always providing the Version, Product Update and Edition of Sage 300 you are encountering issues on. That way we can determined if the reported problem has a know fix in the form of PU, Hotfix or workaround as well as be able to test the problem in the relevant version if it is supported a version.

If you’ve used Sage Analysis before.. you can retrieve details from Order Entry and one of the options allows to retrieve OE Misc Charges.. but it is a query tool.. so it can't be used in the OE Sales History Report.. although there are some built in reports in Sales Analysis.
