Sage 300 2017 PU8 version, unable to print any forms from Webscreen

Hello Team,

One of our client using Sage 300 2017v with PU8 update and they face issue related to web-screen which is unable to print the document. The Export function does not gives any pop-up to save/print the document. Also i have attached the screen shot taken of Dot Net version for your reference.

    Hello Binoy, 

    Please note that this version is no longer supported. Is there a reason why client has not upgraded? 

    The supported versions are: Sage 300 2018 (soon to be stopped also), 2019 and 2020 with latest  PUs for all. The support Sage 300 2018 will also cease in the next few weeks as we release Sage 300 2021.
