We have seen this happen at one site and the cause for this was because Currency code/s decimal places was/were changed incorrectly meaning, during the processing of transaction  the decimal places were changed and then changed back to what they were before the transaction was posted. Processing this way may cause data corruption in the data. The data may need repairing. At this particular the data had to be repaired. Please check if the decimal places in Currency codes are being changed as processing documents is in progress.
