Sage(300) Intelligence - Error when using BI Tool Quick Generate (An unexpected error occurred. Empty path name is not legal)

Good Day All

Please assist,  I'm having a problem with running the Sage Intelligence report design (Sage300,  2021,  PU2,   (Sage Intelligence Reporting,  Connector,  Manager and Designer,all 2019)Terminal Server, and Microsoft for 365 MSO (32Bit).

My problem is every time I try to run the BI Tool it gives the following errors.

Error when using BI Tool Quick Generate (An unexpected error occurred. Empty path name is not legal)

Below are all the error i get please may you share the light on this

    Summary

    • Error occurs when generating a report in Intelligence Reporting

    Cause

    A Microsoft Excel Add-In is conflicting with Intelligence Reporting

    Resolution

    Disable the conflicting Microsoft Excel Add-In

    1. In Microsoft Excel click File, Options, Add-Ins.
    2. At the bottom of the screen, select Excel Add-Ins from the Manage drop-down and click Go.
    3. Clear the box beside the conflicting Add-In.
      Note: If there are several enabled Add-Ins disable all of them and enable them one by one to identify the conflicting entry.
    4. Click OK.
    5. Verify the report will generate without error.
