PJC Integration to MS Project 2019 Professional not working and no error ?

What did i miss with the integration of MS Project Professional 2019 with no error, nothing happen, when i select the PJCDataWizard.dll 

Command prompt also have an error , tried repaired also didn't work.

    Run the following commands at the command prompt (Run As Administrator), you must receive a successful message else it will not work,
    · regsvr32 "c:\program files (x86)\common files\designer\msaddndr.dll"
    · regsvr32 c:\<Sage 300 program directory>\pm64a\pjcdatawizard.dll
    3. In MS Project the Add-Ins tab with the PJC Data Wizard should now be available.
