Screen closes when import/export type is Excel 2007

Hi

At a client site on the terminal server when the users want to do an import or export and the type is excel 2007 or excel 2007 binary workbook the window just closes without any error.

The other import/export types work as expected.

Sage 2022 PU2 / Excel 2016 64-bit

repaired office and reinstalled workstation install on TS.

Export/Import works normally on the app server.

    Apologies for the delayed response.

    Is Excel open while trying to import? Does this happen on Sample data as well on your side and also if you take the client's db to yourside after doing a data dump and load does this also happen? 

    For information purposes the following Microsoft Excel file formats are supported when exporting and importing:

    • Excel 2007 (.xlsx)
    • Excel 2000 (.xls)
    • Excel 2007 Binary Workbook (.xlsb)
    • Single CSV (.csv)
    • CSV File (.csv)
    • Access 2007 (.accdb)
    • ODBC
    • XML (.xml)
