When posting the GL batch via the cloud browser the system hangs or freezes.
I tried posting from desktop and that worked - so it seems to be the cloud processing - does anyone know how to fix this
The sage service was set to automatic startup – I restarted and it helped. As per smartsheet log feedback.

Thanks for the responses. I have at least 50 users and this issue happens more frequently meaning I have to restart the service more often.
*Community Hub is the new name for Sage City
