SAGE 300 (rms) unable to open or preview anything(reports, invoices, credit noted)

Has anyone ever faced this issues where you're unable to open a report, preview or print and invoice?
if yes, them how was it solved?

    If this is happening on Sage 300 Retail as per the screenshot suggests, it is usually due to the Crystal Runtimes not being installed on the workstation where the report is being run. 

    In the install files there is a folder called WKSSETUP. This setup runs the Crystal Runtime installs for the software. Would advise to look at the Administrator guide available in the Manuals folder on running the installation & setup.
